In this foxhole, we take our exhortation and comforts in the canon of God's revealed Scripture in preference to the pronouncements of men:

- Acts 17:2 And according to Paul’s custom, he visited them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures
- Acts 17:17 So he was reasoning in the synagogue with the Jews and the God-fearing Gentiles, and in the marketplace every day with those who happened to be present.
