Well, i didnt get a Premium model, it was a walmart purchase I guess the lowest end pillow they make.
I didnt think it was uncomfortable, it just emitted a sound that made it hard to fall asleep.
Maybe I got a dud.

Bought these and used them, wife didn’t care for the pillows so the kids use them. I couldn’t use them because I’m a Face sleeper with a Cpap. Pillows are not my friend. Still searching. Even with cutouts they are not designed for stomach sleepers with gear on! Whoever solves this problem may soon rule the world!
