Bought these and used them, wife didn’t care for the pillows so the kids use them. I couldn’t use them because I’m a Face sleeper with a Cpap. Pillows are not my friend. Still searching. Even with cutouts they are not designed for stomach sleepers with gear on! Whoever solves this problem may soon rule the world!

Buckwheat hull pillows. Can shape and mold and they stay like that. Don’t compress. Come in different shapes and sizes usually.
