Some think it isn’t. It’s hard to say if this is a leaked release of the real declass or a fake to make people ignore the real release under the misunderstanding that they’ve seen it and it’s nothing. Someone here already suggested that.

Notice that Dominion didn’t start threatening legal action until recently (at least not that I’m aware of) because they weren’t sure earlier whether or not Trump would remain in office.
