what does this mean?

Do it mean nanoparticles broke away and are floating in the blood steam...or floating in the vaccine where they shouldnt be ...or what?

I honestly have no idea without more context around the statement. I could speculate that some of the lipid shells encapsulating the mRNA merged with each other. I would expect that COULD diminish the effectiveness of the dose with that issue should it happen. I could further speculate that this might be a result of storing the particular dose at too high a temperature for too long.

But without a lot more context, I’m completely speculating.
