I was once fired from a job for refusing to have money taken out of my paychecks for the feminist, anti-family projects of the United Way, and I did not forget that experience. That company didn't threaten to fire us for refusing to donate, either, but they fired us for that reason just the same and told us so afterwards.
Many others have been wronged in the same way. No company should take donations from employees' pay for NGOs/"charities" or have "employee" "PAC" Boards. We all know about the political favoritism and fascism facilitated by such activities.
The Democrat Party is the Criminal, anti-American Party.

If they explicitly stated that your failure to donate was the reason for firing, it seems that would be actionable.
