The time actually change by a few seconds from when I first saw it. It said 19:39:11 originally. And the use of the past tense? Very strange.

Maybe it's some sort of "weird" count down clock which doesn't make sense because of the date. Dates can be changed.

I see: Donald J. Trump's term ended on 2021-01-11 19:49:00.

Disinformation...Maybe it's to mark when his second term starts.
