do all planes have collision avoidance systems ? if not, how do they get contacted if they are too close ??????????
The old fashioned way, See and Avoid. There is also MARSA,Military Assumes Reduced Separation of Aircraft.
There is also the fact that the military has its own ATC through air and ground as well as satellite assets.
