By that logic Senators return to being selected by State Legislatures, the Income Tax goes away... when wen was Women’s right to vote? Wasn’t that after 71?

OHHHH a bigger thing that would go away is the regulatory state that was put in place in the early 1900s when the legislature gave away their sole authority to establish the law.....hmmmmm

The 19th Amendment was ratified in 1920. Hypothetically, every Amendment after the 15th would be null and void and would have to be examined for ongoing necessity and desirability.
