To those that are interested in keeping their communications private, and out of Google's hands, you can sign up for free, encrypted email. Also, there is a basic free vpn service offered through this provider. I've had nothing but luck with the ease of using this service, and highly recommend it.
If the deep state wants to monitor your email and other communications, you might as well make them work for it. We aren't important enough for them to take interest, but Google makes a fortune off of selling everything they can learn about you. Using Tor (firefox browser, connected by it's own anonymous web servers) and piping it through a vpn ought to keep them busy trying to decipher everything. Everybody should be encrypting everything digital they have, and their digital communications.
THere are also proton mail and vpn apps for cellphones, as well.
VPN.AC is another one. Great customer service, too. Don’t say anything negative about the service, though, or they’ll go ape on you. ;)
I completely understand. You could probably use a credit card, as well. I just like the extra layer, and not knowing the companies I was dealing with at the time, and not being US companies...you get it.
And yes. They were early adopers of cancel culture. Ironic that they are my vehicle to cancel other companies now.
And thats all there is too it. Nobody can understand that message (actually its just three uuid4s ;-) ).
“title should be “your”, and not “you””
I did know that.
Good info in the post. Thanks.

Keeping this for further examination.

FR uses Google analytics.

Encrypt your data and texts, too.
Well that should go - Starve the Stalinist Dark Lords.

I don’t run this website, so...
:D
I use Protonmail and access from a web browser, just have to log in with name and password and the site opens up.
When I’m on my laptop, I use Tor and TorGuard, a VPN. I have emcrypted email available through my VPN, which is not required to comply with requests from the US government.
It’s $56 annually and I’m thrilled with it. That’s about the same rate as XBox Live.
Currently, having just bought my first Android phone, I’m running with DDG. Not sure where else to go from here, though.
Of course you don’t. Just making a general comment that our side has to fully engage in the war. Do we really want FR’s pages view/post stats to be stored in some Google (DO MAXIMUM EVIL) database?
One of the easiest way to NULL OUT all the trackers like Goggle (MAXIMUM EVIL) analytics is to put entries in your Windows hosts files like this
0.0.0.0 google-analytics.com
0.0.0.0 ssl.google-analytics.com
0.0.0.0 www.google-analytics.com
When the Windows IP protocol tries to get DNS info for “www.google-analytics.com”, it will use any entries found in the hosts file first, and then stop looking, not issuing a query to the DNS server configured in the network adapter.
So snoopy javscript embedded in web pages like those on FR (below) always are NO GO, rendered impotent.
script src=”http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js” type=”text/javascript”
urchinTracker();
I am pretty ignorant about what a vpn does and how it would help. I can get a free one through McAfee. Would appreciate some education. Thanks.
I use ExpressVPN on both my Win 10 laptop and my Samsung Galaxy S8 Android phone. Good service, and implementation is very smooth and well written.
Protonmail.com- This is swiss-based. You can get one free Proton email address. The down side is you cannot access from a web browser, or an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook. This is because is its truly end to end encrypted, server side, during transmission, and when you access it in their app on a device. If you want more email addresses, you have to pay. I do not use this service because I can’t access via a web browser.
Um....Yes you can. I access it from Brave browser all the time.
