I don't think he can do anything. I think he's already been deposed. Not officially, but everyone is just ignoring him. He's disappeared from sight, his cabinet is walking out, and the Senators are all tearing off their masks and screaming about how they've hated him all along. He issues an order to declassify and nobody will do it, simple as that. In fact even before Barr refused to do it. Now it's not just a handful of resistance stooges, it's the whole government.

Yep, I think you are right. His supporters who went to the Capitol, while well meaning and certainly patriotic, are partly to blame. They were fools not to know they would be infiltrated and it would used as an opportunity to make Trump look even worse.
