Kentucky SoS should first direct Mitch to find a Czar job in Xiden's puppet-state for Gov. Lil' Andy. Some place that Andy can be charged with tax evasion and conspiracy circa 2023.

After the Kentucky SoS then wins that special election to replace Gov. Lil' Andy, immediately repudiate Miotch in the acceptance speech, and also publically repudiate Chow Chow's cowardice, and then finally, insist that Miotch step down, or directly promise the Commonwealth that Miotch's Kentucky pet projects are instantly defunded.

Then, the new Governor would appoint himself to replace Miotch in the Senate.
