The fact is, that you want to justify the cold-blooded murder of a patriot without warning - and contrary to your embassy example, this wasn’t the “safe area”, it was the entrance to the Senate.
My “jaunting around the globe” included infantry combat, so I’ve seen plenty of people die - so I knew from the very first part of the video that that young lady was dying.
The lives of our people - any of them, including you - are more important than rules and the armed cops surrounding that young lady didn’t think that she was going to be killed and were apparently unconcerned while she tried to enter the window.
It’s you and people like you (such as on all of the liberal sites) who think that she should have been killed.
In combat, I had times that I killed other men. When we were fighting them, I shot as effectively as I knew how to. But if the man in front of me wasn’t armed, or he was wounded, or surrendering, I held my fire and took them prisoner and treated their wounds. We weren’t trained to be rabid dogs, just killing because we could.
I know quite enough about the MSGs, thank you.
1. Did the cop have the mission to protect those in his charge: YES/NO
2. Did the cop think his life, or the lives of those he is charged to protect in danger? YES/NO
3. Were all available methods in the spectrum of violence used, or could not otherwise be reasonably employed? EXPLAIN.
Once that is done, he is exonerated. No jury would ever convict; but he will not even be charged. And he shouldn't be.
Good day.
