I am only about facts, not your life story. The entrance to the Senate is exactly where you'd expect to find the final defense ring, out of practicality. Thank you for proving the point. The bottom line is there will be three tests in the investigation:

1. Did the cop have the mission to protect those in his charge: YES/NO

2. Did the cop think his life, or the lives of those he is charged to protect in danger? YES/NO

3. Were all available methods in the spectrum of violence used, or could not otherwise be reasonably employed? EXPLAIN.

Once that is done, he is exonerated. No jury would ever convict; but he will not even be charged. And he shouldn't be.

Good day.

1. This cop could not possibly have the mission “to kill whomever entered” without at least trying to employ non lethal methods.

2. No. Most everyone had long since escaped through the tunnels.

3. No. No warning issued, no shots fired as a warning, no attempt to block the woman from entering, no attempt to restrain or detain the woman.

Get lost.
