Those people who died due to crowd crushing - if they died due to crowd crushing - were basically killed by whomever opened the doors to the building.

It was not “crowd crushing”, as far as I understand, they just had a medical problem which could have happened anywhere.

They did not die due to crowd crushing. The one guy was walking to the capital when he had a heart attack along the way- he was morbidly obese based upon his photo . The other guy had a stroke. The other woman had a panic attack which brought on her asthma.
