So this is a command and control plane that has hardened electronics similar to AF1 but is put in the air for national emergencies to assist with coordination while remaining mobile.
I don’t see AF1 at least not broadcasting

I don’t see AF1 at least not broadcasting I wouldn't, it doesn't have too.
