Remote viewing - apparently some people have the sort of uncanny still or ability to (mentally??) “see” places they have never been, or are nor present at, and describe features or goings on in such remote locations. Supposedly it can be developed.
Some sort of mystical ability.
I have no personal clue about it!

A Pentagon program that involved people with phsycic abilities to view any given place on the planet (or otherwise) while in a controlled military environment.
This is fact, it was an actual program. Whether it’s still ongoing I don’t know.
