Actually, there are two numbers in each post. It's a solo number.

"solo" meaning the number 1.

This is how I saw it:

#1-...and left the one-sided deal.../...America First (1-1)

#2-There were two parties../...When only one party to a two part treaty (2-1-2)

#3-...committed up to $1 billion.../...the #ThreeSeas... (1-3)

#4-...to our Quad.../...to it's annual.../...only a year ago (4-1-1)

I went and read carefully. I don’t get it either. I’ll look again, some tweets had more than one number in them, but not all, and not getting what “solo number” means.
