My question is, who would have the legal authority to arrest the Pope? Jurisdiction etc... interesting times indeed! Very good point. The Pope is a head of state. As much as I'd like to see that commie fraud behind bars I'm not holding my breath.

If involved in this 'mess' with the US, the US military can take him into custody as an unlawful combatant IAW LOAC. Unless the Vatican declared war on the US and we didn't hear about it. Then he'd be a POW.
