Parkes appears to have great credibility and excellent sources - which he almost names at times. But when you look at his bio red lights and alarms sound noticeably. What he says in the 24 minute video MUST be true or all is lost - or so it would seem.

He SEEMS to have some a+ info at times - and he had a good discussion with 2 other guys who seemed to have some good info too, the other day -
I give him a 8.5, but I’d never dance with him.... :)
Time will tell.
But it doesn’t hurt to have cash, food, and water on hand.
