VERY IMPORTANT re PENCE + EV CERTIFICATION
I posted about this the other day ... the writer of this piece is maintaining the optimistic hope that Pence is white hat ... that residual possibility is why I continue to reserve a 0.0000000000001% chance but the key point is that as traditionally stated the rules would have facilitated the fraud states to be addressed and the change by Pence ensured they did NOT.

I agree with you. Pence changed the rules so that he could say “Hey, my hands were tied. I was just following the rules.”
There were many things that Pence could have done. He chose not to do any of them.
