Right now, Pence can retain a grey hat if he continues to refuse to get on board with the 25th Amendment. He is in complete control of whether that tries to go forward or not.

“The first step would be for Vice President Mike Pence and a majority of the Cabinet to provide a written declaration to the president pro tempore of the Senate (currently Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa) and the speaker of the House (currently Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.) that Trump “is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” That would immediately strip Trump of the powers of his office and make Pence the acting president.”

(Donald J. Trump is the rightful President of the USA and his own party won't admit that.)

That's a lie. Trump answers with a simple letter, "Your mama..." and it then takes a simultaneous vote of 2/3 of both House and Senate to remove him.
Peach-mint only requires 1/2 house, 2/3 Senate, so it'd be easier.
This is treasonous psy-ops.
