Chatter uptick re: how to effectively prevent cross-talk re: anti-narrative across all social media/online platforms.
Ability to prevent cross-talk narrows comms only to FAKE NEWS which provides for more control over what is released to inform the public.
A series of scenarios is currently being conducted ['game the sys'] to test response, risk, and calc results.
'Censorship' [added] layers of inserted code 'through keyword targeting' in bio, history, and comments + indiv platform mods has failed to curtail the problem.
'China-Russia-Iran' 'fake' take-down hacks of select platforms (for maintenance) is one scenario being game-played.

After seeing a report or two about ATMs not working, I checked my balances on my accounts(all good), and then hopped in the car and drove to my Credit Union ATM in Reno.

ATM Cash Withdrawal declined by ICC.

So I drove to the Atlantis Casino. Tried two debit cards from two banks.

No Joy.

Noticed a couple other people also not getting cash.

Something may be going on. Anyone else?

That is fascinating... but here’s my question: Wasn’t NPR supposed to accomplish all of this when it was started? What’s to say a new “government sanctioned/controlled” website or news channel will not be immediately corrupted? I’m not big on that solution anyway. Stinks of Pravda. I can understand for emergency situations only, but it’s just going to become a money-sucking bureaucratic hole.
