During the breach at the US capital building, 11 laptops were stolen. One of them was Nancy Pelosi’s. Safe to assume that the military and/or Trump has those laptops.

but, I go to the old saying “all’s far in love & war”, so I’d guess the content could be used according to UCMJ in a tribunal?
those laptops are govt property and all items on it are US property of the People. Always have to sign off on that stuff when you take possession of it.
If it’s her personal then I’m sure there were warrants involved.
If It wasn’t hers to begin with then she has no right to it.
