Pence could not throw that back-to-the-states option in his stew. It would have been the essence of Constitutionality.
We have been given understanding that the Constitution requires state Legislatures alone to determine their Electors. But, doesn’t that directive assume there was/is no foreign interference in said election, and that the one-man-one-vote rules the day, and both assumptions were in effect, and therefore there was no challenge to the contrary?
None of that was the *rule. according to the evidence.
All of that *rule was challenged.
That is what is killing Pence. He and every level of the Judicial Branch (all courts), the Legislative Branch (both houses of Congress), and the Executive Branch (the Justice Department) first ignored and then actively suppressed any and all hearing of the challenges and the evidence that proved foreign interference and that one man, one vote was disproportionately manipulated and compromised, in five plus states.
Regarding the Senate Majority Leader. The SOB and his slimy, butt kissing minions are most likely trying to salvage whatever remains of the GOP by crafting a delicious bone to throw the unwashed masses. And they are so arrogant, I bet you they think it will work.
They can rot in hell.

there aren’t enough ... example, I worked at YHOO when Marissa Mayer (from GOOG) - she instituted a company wide public effort to identify what the major problems were at the company and #1 “issue” was the “week of rest” which YHOO recognized in shutting down at the end of the year. The vast majority of the company said that it was wrong because it came at the time of Christmas. The trend becomes to follow them and not the few dissenters. Look at experience with Zach from GOOG (forget his last name) - he exposed much but nobody followed him out the door and, if/even they did, everywhere else is the same or worse. The public narrative at large is even stronger + greater in vacuum chambers and even people who have mental ability to think don’t often do so and are all subject to group think. People at large in society today are brainwashed, etc. ... we are/were hoping great awakening would help in these things but it’s still TBD imo. WWG1WGA :)

I’ve only asked them to delete a couple posts that had a prohibited link, or what turned out to be a Getty image or copyrighted cartoon.
I never asked them to delete something because it ruffled feathers,
but only if it was wrong or against the rules, and I don’t think I’ll start now.
That said, I confess to a predilection for distributing Memes and ideas that
elicit strong emotions.
Not everyone’s cup of tea, and also not universally effective, but I have inhibitions that prevent me from sneaking around an issue with niceties that let normies keep their blinders on, instead of targeting the issues head on.
Others are better suited to the polite efforts that carefully permit their targets to sidestep inconvenient truths while gently moving them in the right direction...
I’m probably even worse at that than Bagster. (Go get ‘em Bagster!)
