I never had a twitter account. Although I do view them from time to time! (I would have worded it differently.)
It used to be called the 0bama Effect in systems. You had to have enough capacity or additional capacity to handle the inflow if 0bama mentioned your website or some sshite. I say call it the Trump effect.
