I am sorry but, at this point, if I were President Trump, I would be tempted to say “FU” to the US and fly away to parts unknown and live my best life. He has sacrificed so much for a country that continues to spit right in his face.
I said, if I were him and tempted but no idea what this wonderful man will do.

I believe they certainly will. As soon as Trump leaves office, charges will be filed, certainly in NY and possibly in DC and FL. His passport will likely be seized. He may not languish in a cell, but you can count on law fare being practiced against him and his family. Their hatred of him (and us) knows no bounds.
