A North Dakota man has been charged with burglary and terrorizing after he reacted angrily to a former employer's Facebook snub.
Caleb Burczyk, 29, of Williston, appeared in court last week and pleaded not guilty to two charges following the incident in December.
Per the Duluth News Tribune, Burczyk started sending his former boss threatening Facebook messages on Christmas Eve after the boss failed to respond to his Facebook friend request.
Among the messages he sent was: "Accept my friend request or I'm going to murder you."
Then, on Dec. 26, Burczyk kicked in the front door of the home belonging to the coworker's father.
Per the Williston Daily Herald, Burczyk also posted a picture of himself on Snapchat with a message about his boss' family needing a new door.

Yep, there’s no way I would be Facebook Friends with any co-worker.
So it’s cold and lonely in the great white northland.
Where jobs are disappearing and meth is plentiful.
Lowest unemployment by state.
Nebraska at 3.1%
Highest unemployment by state.
New Jersey at 10.2%
North Dakota at 4.1%.
Does not seem to be doing to badly.
Heck, I don't even accept LinkedIn requests from people I work with. My opinion is that if we work together and you want to know what I'm up...ask.

Absolutely agree. Co-workers are dangerous friends unless you know them very well. Express a politically incorrect opinion and you can find yourself before an HR Star Chamber or worse.
About a year ago, I started a second job to pay the bills. Unfortunately, I fell asleep at my main job. I don’t believe that it had anything to do with my other job. I didn’t fall asleep, per se. I passed out without warning. It was probably low blood sugar or something. However, my co-worker piped up and told my boss that I was working a second job.
I had a lot of explaining because of my coworker and I learned to keep my mouth shut in regards to my life outside the work place. I still resent him to this day, because he nearly cost me everything for no reason that concerned him.
Exactly. My attitude is you’re my workmate, not my friend.
He has spent too much time with his face in the wrong book it appears.
In recent years the state has risen and fallen with oil prices.
Boom towns, bust towns, roads and streets packed or nearly deserted.
There are still lots of good people, they're just on tougher times right now...and worried further about the moron who stole the White House.
Aren't we all!
I read that somewhere on the net by computer geeks.
