I’m thinking that maybe the EAM message comes out tomorrow night - people will be mostly home by then (if they travel for work etc), and if comms go dark it will have less of an impact as well since markets would be closed already. Futures close at 4PM CT or 5PM EST so...I’m thinking maybe around 6?
