I believe the RED list of actions is what the Deep State intends to utilize to remove Trump forcibly before January 20. I believe RED5 involves the EAM Command moving to remove the president and deny him communications access. But if Trump supposedly has the military on his side, that means a struggle of military against military when the fertilizer hits the ventilator.
Factional warfare within the military opens the possibility of WMDs being used.
