Something aboutthe object the victim fell on. Looks like it is some type of cover and/or mat. Man caught her as she fell and immediately moved her directly with the mat. Was it something to collect evidence for disposal? Was it some type of prop for fake blood? She doesn’t appear to have any blood on her until she is wheeled out. Just following up on your thought. I even had some autofellatory troll claiming Neda’s death was a fake, “she’s looking at the camera” but a later shot showed a massive run of blood directly into her eye and NO reflex, NO hand motion to try to sweep it away.

No, there is video of her lying there on the landing with bloody nose and mouth, just not AS bloody. I think it’s when the guy in the black suit is kneeling over her.
