I commented that it did not appear that he had his finger on the trigger guard rather than the trigger. I blew this up and it appears to be inside the trigger guard. There is a small glint of light on his right wrist near the cuff of his shirt that might indicate a medical alert bracelet. Any thoughts?

I blew this up more and it appears the finger is inside the trigger guard. There is a small glint of light on his right wrist near the cuff of his shirt that might indicate a medical alert bracelet which the shooter may have been wearing.
Because of his lack of discipline he may have inadvertently discharged his wepond. (Still responsible but trying to understand events.) Any thoughts?
