Why would POTUS concede when nothing’s been declassified yet? I don’t know. It doesn’t make sense.

He said there would be a smooth transition —he did not say to a Biden Admin. He also said it was the end of the First Term and make America Great would continue. Parse the words. The LSM is interpreting what they want it to mean.

They're also interpreting it the way Trump wants them to interpret it. I don't think he's conceding, but he deliberately said it in a way that could be misinterpreted as him conceding. That's no accident. Part of the plan.
