From thedonald.win:
So anybody who was going to object to the electoral votes, who now says that they cannot “in good conscience” object to them, it means that their original objection was NOT because they thought the election was stolen and they were trying to stop it. It means they had ULTERIOR MOTIVE for their objection.
Because if you were objecting because you thought the election was fraudulent, what happened today would NOT CHANGE THAT.
But if you were objecting because you thought nothing would happen and objecting would gain you political points with your conservative base, then yeah you might change your mind now thinking it would make you look bad instead of good.
I agree totally and was thinking the same when RAT ROMNEY cheered 5 for abandoning their pledges to object. The 6 are worthy ... my guess is Grassley is 1, Marsha Blackbrun another ... I want to know the others. I switched to the house after I realized debate in the Senate had ended without any REP really saying anything.
Good point. We’ll have to see what Cruz, et. al. do when the Georgia elector votes come up.
Mark on rwfok’s list who actually objected and who didn’t, and note what state got which objector.
(forgot to ping rwfok)
