What makes a movie GOOD?

Well, it can be said that a lot of things have to be great for a movie to be good— writing, overall plot, direction, cinematography, a story that contains large elements of truth, etc.
And a surprise plot twist that fooled a fair number of the audience, which often has to do with a character turning out not to be what they seemed.
It is interesting that Q answers the question with a question. Does he really mean the answer is great actors? Great actors alone?
