I'm not sure I believe it. He could just as easy be a plant that was assigned to go where ever he could to bring discredit on anything to do with POTUS supporters.
After all, a big part of the hippy movement was CIA PSYOPS to bring discredit to the anti-war movement. It's what derps do. So he would be the same thing to bring discredit to Q movement.
