Has Pence actually violated the Constitution or just not done what /we/ wanted him to?
His statement may be truthful, that he cannot send the elector slates back to the States BEFORE they have been counted/challenged.
In my personal reading of the Act, the Presiding President (Pence) has the power to adjourn or recess, which he could have done.
BUT...
What would he have based an adjournment on?
The slates before him made no fraud claims.
Those must rightfully come from the members.
We may have to let this kabuki (vote count/challenge) play out.
We don’t even know if Arizona is confirmed or rejected.
I believe that every state, no matter who they fall for, MUST be challenged if they used Dominion machines.

I don’t get you....you mean let the electors get confirmed but still the states can come back after their own further review?....even several days later?....
One thing I am sure of. President Trump was not hinging his entire hopes on whatever may have happened or could have happened or did or did not happen today.
