I was searching to see if there’s another definition for Titan, if it could have been an acronym or referring to something else. Didn’t really find anything.

I did find a Titan supercomputer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory of all places. It was in operation from 2012-2019, so was still operating when that Q post was originally made. It was used for science and weather computing.
