I saw propane tanks being relocated from an outside storage cage, by two men that were part of some kind of culinary team. They were taking the fuel tanks into a bldg. for some kind of social function. This was on the afternoon of the 5th, as I walked to the Freedom Plaza rally about 330PM. Nothing nefarious about the process.
Also, 2x4 lumber was stockpiled in the area. Likely there for boarding up windows and doors as this was already underway in a random pattern throughout the city where I walked on foot.
