Sorry it’s been a while, I’ve been a compulsive Packer today.
Yes I made the Italian cheesecake! I have to thank the provider of the recipe. Now who was that?... it’s the first cheesecake I’ve ever made that didn’t have a huge crack across it. I think the ricotta made it much more creamy and not as dense. Really yummy. It’s a keeper especially when you’re having guests over.
