Yes I made the Italian cheesecake! I have to thank the provider of the recipe. Now who was that?... it’s the first cheesecake I’ve ever made that didn’t have a huge crack across it. I think the ricotta made it much more creamy and not as dense. Really yummy. It’s a keeper especially when you’re having guests over.
I’m just checking in now, has anything happened?
LOVtexas gave the recipe. I’ve never made a cheesecake, but I’m tempted to try that recipe. I’d have to take to my son’s so I don’t eat the whole thing.
