Gorgeous. I do hand quilting and am scoping out my next project. With all that’s going on with the country, it’s hard to focus, though. Hubby does astrophotography, and he’s having the same problem. Will it ever get better?
That made me think...I recall reading in a history about quilting, how the designs reflected the times. For example, Victorian quilts used weeping willows a lot in their designs, Whig Rose patterns were popular back in the 1830s, etc.
Maybe some type of patriotic design or use patriotic fabric?
