We got rid of many RINOS and voted in tea party candidates. But after being in DC some of the tea party candidates became RINOS.

Term limits would help. But we have them in CA & what happens is the same politicians float around from one political office to another - usually to a higher level - as soon as they are termed out. Their name recognition allows them to still win. They remain in politics for their entire life, just shuffled to a new office.
At least term limits would get fresh representatives in DC.
