Does that not seem odd too? Yes, it does seem strange that a staffer (or whoever he is) with what looks like a Capitol security badge, is in amongst the people outside the door. Why was he there?
I don't necessarily see, in that clip, him doing anything strange. But it is a short clip. I just think it seems strange he would be on that side of the door with the people.
