NG was deployed in DC earlier last year to protect monuments. I guess they don’t want to be used to quell protestors??

JUST IN - DC Mayor Bowser is asking again to deploy the National Guard. Pentagon is “considering it,” but concerned about uniformed troops in the Capitol.
