It was a planned event. I don’t think there’s any cause and effect here. I love jam. I made some freezer jam with our fresh blueberries and fresh peaches this summer. I’m going to have to get some trees and plants growing as soon as we move, it will be three years before they are in production.

Anyway, I can’t make jam worth a darn. Not the kind that you can. It never jells right. So I found a way to cheat and make freezer jam using jello.

How we think about internet law today: We have to let a warlord control the road otherwise he won't be able to stop bank robbers from using it. How we should think about internet law: Everyone gets to use the road and bank robbery is illegal.

Also, the idea that firms get absolute power over who they serve is only true in very narrow circumstances. Any public facing business has public obligations. Common carrier rules go back thousands of years, a variant of such a rule was enacted in 1964 to stop segregation.
