Valid, but worth digging further into what LLW is telling us. He has the goods on some people, for certain. Perhaps some is disinformation as cover, but way too many are compromised, are on the wrong side of the good-evil boundary.
LLW is going out on a very long limb here, putting himself in harm's way. The left loves to cause "accidents" and "suicides" for people that uncover their misdeeds. And LLW has just painted a HUGE target on himself.

The man is not stupid.
Congress can send the question back to the States to heal or nullify.
Citing the obvious fraud.
A state not healing or nullifying can present bone-fide evidence that there was no fraud.
I would think that the question cannot be sent back to only select States.
Every state will be made to present evidence proving their elections.
Congress can only act Federally, the States must act individually.
If a State refuses to heal, nullify or prove, Congress can then “throw out” that States Electoral Votes.
Diminishing the overall vote total.
Again, keeping intact the axiom that “the fraud itself disenfranchises the voter”.
The State is guilty of disenfranchisement...just like the slave states.

He’s gambling that an attack or any other response only makes his charges look real. I’m guessing his marks will continue to ignore him. The bad guys right now are trying to lay low and wait for this to blow over.
