Well, I need to be more grateful for little things like breathing! 😉
I nearly turned around and went back inside after 100 feet of walking. But we both need the excercise, so went anyway. I am trying to lose a few pounds that sneaked up on me the last couple of years.
Made chicken soup last night and man is it good. Had the hubby pick up a roasted chicken, no-salt chicken broth, onion and celery on his way home yesterday. Had potatoes, carrots and no-gluten noodles already. After saute-ing the celery and onion , added the other stuff and in less than an hour, had delicious soup. Just had some left overs for lunch. Good stuff.
