We took a vacation to the beach, our balcony overlooked the street and we had lot's of opportunities to observe how incompetent people are at parallel parking.

The spaces were marked: Car-Car then five feet of red curb, then Car-car five more feet of red curb. Even though each car had an additional five feet to park, they still could not do it.

If I were setting driving test standards there would be only one test. You’d have to parallel park successfully on the first try.

The roads would be quite empty.
