no, he’s worse than merely useless. now he’s damaging the effort to legitimately prove the fraud.
I remember when FR would have rejected a fool like this out of hand, and literally hooted his supporters out of the forum. it wasn’t that long ago. shocking how gullible FR has become.
My respect for some conservative lawyers has gone into the toilet. It is like someone in a poker game who keeps shouting, “I’ve got a straight flush! And no, you CAN’T see my cards. Just trust me and hand over the pot!”
Some of these lawyers would fit in at a mega-church. “Jesus will BLESS you after you give all your money to me!”

Especially when you’re talking about a LAWYER. I don’t care how great of a lawyer they are, they have at some point accepted cash in exchange for telling all manner of lies in public. That’s the job.
